Abstract Guidelines
- Abstracts should not exceed 400 words
- Include title, full names of authors, institutional affiliations, and email address of the corresponding author
- Abstracts should be submitted through the Google Form link provided
- Selected abstracts will be considered for oral or poster presentation

Categories of Presentations
Invited Lectures
Eminent scientists across India, policy makers and administrators will be invited to deliver special lectures on various thematic areas related to plant genetic resources.
Rapid Oral Presentations
Papers shortlisted by a designated committee based on significance to the topic and alignment with sub-themes. Authors of selected papers will be notified in advance to prepare a 5–6 minute oral presentation.
Poster Presentations
Selected papers will be invited for poster presentation. Posters should adhere to the specified dimensions 60” (L) × 36” (W) and utilize standard scientific font sizes for clarity and readability.
